$1,000 iPhone

If true, I think that's too high for a market still getting used to unsubsidized phones. I spent last week in DC and saw a lot of older phones in the hands of millennials.  

To be frank, this is the second straight year I've been unimpressed with the iPhone announcement, and have zero desire to upgrade. Not sure what this means. Am I moving away from the annual urge to upgrade, or are the phones less inspiring?  

That Samsung Galaxy S8 is a thing of beauty though...
